AI Projects

Tools I conceive, design and run with AI, built for real use: at the start of the day, around the money and at the game table.

My Role

Product Owner From First Idea to Rollout.

These projects start the way business work does: a real problem, a clear brief and a standard for what good looks like. I own each one from the concept on: I scope the workflow, design the interface, review every round and roll it out, while AI handles much of the build. The result is working tools, not mockups, used in real life.

  • Testing & rollout

The Work

Seven Projects, One Rule: It Has to Work in Real Life.

  1. 01

    Task & Team Dashboard

One board for tasks, progress and the decisions that need me.

I brought team progress updates and Apple Reminders into one view, so I can see what is moving, what is blocked and what needs my input. The team reports progress; I change priorities, due dates, stages and completion from my phone.

This sample uses fictional data. No live accounts are connected, changes are not saved to the real dashboard, and no AI runs inside the page.

  2. 02

    Morning Brief (Sample)

One page each morning: what matters today, in the order it matters.

Focus, action items, agenda, weather, finances, news and inbox, gathered overnight and laid out for a phone, ready before the first coffee. The sample here runs on invented data, so it can be shown in full.

  3. 03

    Finance Brief (Sample)

A plain-language portfolio report for market open, market close and the week.

Holdings, movers and context presented as a short read rather than a wall of numbers, with a different view for open, close and Friday. Every figure in the sample is invented.

    Bocci 73 Lighting Plan

A twelve-pendant glass cluster over a family dining table, planned before a single hole is drilled.

A top view, elevations, a height schedule and a 3D height study, drafted with AI and checked against the room’s real measurements, so the installer gets drop heights rather than guesswork.

  5. 05

    Deep-Dive Research

Overnight research that ends in a synthesis, not a stack of tabs.

A question goes in at night. By morning, there’s a sourced summary with the strongest findings first. I use it to:

    1. 01Scan a market or a set of competitors
    2. 02Learn a new field quickly
    3. 03Compare tools before buying
    4. 04Find creators and visual references
    5. 05Prepare before a client pitch
  6. 06

D&D DM Screen & Virtual Tabletop

A browser-based screen for running Dungeons & Dragons, built for the person behind the screen.

Maps, a hex grid, fog of war, measuring and area-of-effect templates, initiative order, an enemy and ally roster, and dice, all in one window with save and load between sessions. Each map is a scene generated and art-directed for the campaign.

The DM Dubs Virtual Tabletop: a top-down harbour market map on a hex grid, with tools along the top and the initiative panel on the right.
  7. 07

    Character Sheet Builder

Interactive character sheets that do the math, so players can do the playing.

Built first for Nimble Snake, a Tabaxi warlock, then reused for other characters at the table. Stats, spells and inventory live in one place, the sheet works on a phone at the table, and there’s a print version for when paper wins.

More projects are in the pipeline. If you’d like to collaborate on one, or bring one of your own, I’m always open to a conversation.
